It's Earth Month, and here at Edith and George, we're all about celebrating our beautiful planet and making sustainable choices for ourselves and our little ones. Did you know that the soft, snuggly clothes and toys your baby loves can actually make a big difference for the environment?
At Edith & George our mission is to show that we can have beautiful things, at affordable prices, and in a way that minimises environmental impact and provides opportunity not oppression; for everyone involved in the production. Our golden rule? - If the things that we do don't meet these simple criteria then we shouldn't be doing them.
We don't want to be unique, we want this way of doing things to be the norm, not the exception. I guess it was with this in mind that in a chat over the office kettle this morning I suggested that we should start to tell the story of our products more regularly - to show that beautiful, sustainable products are possible! So here we are with our first Toy Story!
